This is the 5V version of our USB PowerLock - for higher power USB devices (9V or 12V) you'll need one of our High Power PowerLocks. Both the standard and high power versions of our USB PowerLock are for use with USB-A connected wheels to ensure maximum compatibility across the majority of wheels on the market currently.

Stable Power. Locked Connection.

Functionality

This device is for PC only and provides secure USB connection with additional power.

Two USB-C connections on the rear of the device (labelled on the underside) supply the stable connection. One for the USB signal and the second for a PD USB-C connection (either from a compatible PD USB port or wall charger - Not Supplied). The additional connection ensures a stable 5V connection to your wheel.

The hold down clamp utilises two thumbscrews to allow quick release and swap of the USB-A cable when changing wheels. Ideally for motion rig setups or the quick hot swap of wheels.

The standard 5V USB PowerLock is not designed for use with devices that require more than 5V. Higher power versions of the PowerLock are available on the store!
