Orders & Shipping
I've placed an order, when can I expect to receive it?
All items are usually built and in stock ready to ship. We aim to ship products within 1-3 working days but as I'm a one-man business and this isn't my day job, this can sometimes take a bit longer in busy periods. Larger and custom orders may also take longer due to assembly and packing.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately not. We operate out of premises that are not accessible to the public.
Do you offer free shipping?
Due to the bespoke packaging and use of tracked shipping methods we're not able to offer free shipping for our products. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and don't make profit on packaging/shipping costs.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
When your order has been packed and is ready to ship you will receive an email from JCSS confirming this. Tracking information will also be supplied, the shipping company may also send their own email confirming this (usually Royal Mail/Parcelforce). Please ensure your email address and phone number are correct when placing the order to receive shipping updates.
Do you take custom orders?
Maybe?! We're intending to roll out more customisation/personalisation for our products very soon. However, we're always up for a challenge so if you've got an idea or want to make one of our products unique please get in touch and we'll see what we can do. Please note there may be a charge for this depending on the request.
What is your refund policy?
Please see our support area for full details on our returns and order cancellation policy and process.
Are you VAT registered?
JCSS is not currently VAT registered. This means VAT is not included in our product prices as no VAT is being charged.
Please note that our shipping/postage prices do not included any local customs/import duties, handling fees, taxes, or customs clearance fees. We have no control over any of these charges and cannot predict the amount. We recommend you contact your local customs office or government website for further information before placing your order.
Do you take wholesale orders?
We may be able to accommodate wholesale orders but please contact us to discuss this. There will likely be a long lead-time for wholesale orders due to the ordering of materials and assembly times.
Our Products
What fixings come with your products?
All of our products come with all of the fixing accessories required to mount or install the product to your rig. This includes the correct hex key(s).
Do your products come with printed manuals?
We don’t supply printed or physical product manuals with our items. Most of our products are designed to be intuitive and easy to set up. Detailed manuals and instructions are available from our dedicated product resources area:
