Over the past few months we’ve been working hard to understand and navigate the new requirements for sending orders to customers within the EU. Following our update on 23rd July, we’ve now made the difficult decision to pause all EU shipping across our website and eBay, effective immediately.
This isn’t a step we’ve taken lightly. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that the new regulations have taken into consideration the potential impact on small businesses. We're proud that we managed to navigate GPSR and shipped a number of orders into the EU. However, with GPSR compliance, new customs rules and taxes and now the PPWR; the time, paperwork, administration and costs to ensure compliance to sell into the EU are just too much for our small business.
We’re genuinely sorry for for any disappointment this causes - we're disappointed too!
What Happens Next?
At this point, there is no clear or sustainable pathway for us to ship into the EU.
We’re continuing to explore options and will monitor for any changes that might make EU shipping viable again. Our sincere is that this pause is temporary. If/when we have a workable route forward, we will update customers via our website and social media.
Thank You for Your Patience
We’re incredibly grateful for your understanding while we navigate this. Your support means everything, and we remain committed to finding a solution that allows us to serve our EU customers again in the future.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. We’ll keep you updated as things develop.
